IAAF Rule states, "In race walking there should be no visible (to the
human eye) loss of contact with the ground." The winning 'walkers'
clearly lost contact with the ground. Pity for those who trained for
years and were selectively DQd by the 'human eye'. while these
'joggers' were not. Pity for those who did not 'cheat' and could not
catch the 'joggers'.
